5. Is there a minimum height to use the Water Park?

Yes, there is a minimum height requirement to use the water slides. Most water slides require a minimum height of 48″. Other slides have a minimum height of 40″ if you wear a life jacket. Life jackets are complimentary to use while at the Water Park.

There is no height restriction to use the wave pool.

6. Is the Water Park at Coco Cay busy?

The Water Park at Coco Cay can get busy. When there is more than one ship docked at Coco Cay, the line-ups for the waterslides can get long. There are typically two ships at a time docked on Coco Cay. If there is only one cruise ship docked, you are lucky!!

Two big ships docked at Coco Cay seems like a lot of people and it is!! However, not everyone on the ship will pay to play at the Water Park.

With every cruise ship, there is a mix of ages onboard. Generally speaking, off-peak sailing times (i.e. when kids are in school) tend to be less busy at the Water Park than peak sailing times (i.e. when kids are out of school).

Whether you are cruising during the peak or off-peak season, the shortest wait times for the water slides to be:

  • Before 11am
  • After 3pm
